1. The venue I’m using has a bar—can I still hire you? Absolutely! As long as the venue doesn’t require an exclusive bartending vendor, we can serve at most locations. If your venue has a built-in bar, just choose our “Bar Onsite” option. If not, we can bring one of our beautiful pop-up bars to you. 2. Do you only do weddings? Not at all! We serve at all kinds of events—corporate parties, birthdays, baby showers, holiday gatherings, open houses, and more. If you’re celebrating, we’re there! 3. Do you provide the alcohol? To follow Florida liquor laws, we don’t provide or sell alcohol directly. But we’ll help you every step of the way by building a personalized alcohol shopping list based on your guest count, service hours, and drink menu. You’ll know exactly what and how much to buy—easy and stress-free. 4. What’s included in your bartending packages? All of our packages come with: A certified & insured bartender (or team, depending on your guest count) A stylish portable bar setup or use of your venue’s bar Bar tools, cups, straws, napkins, and ice Juices, sodas, and mixers Fresh garnishes A drink menu consultation Alcohol shopping list support Optional upgrades like mocktail service, signature cocktails, or premium garnishes are available too! 5. Do I have to pay everything upfront? Not at all. We require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. If you’d like to pay in full up front, you can! 6. How far do you travel? We’re based in Orlando and Ocala, and we include travel within 75 miles of our home base. If your event is further out, just ask—we offer a Travel Add-On to cover longer distances. 7. Can I try the cocktails before the event? Yes! We offer cocktail tastings each spring in the Orlando area for clients who book by March. It’s a fun way to taste your favorites and finalize your menu. 8. I don’t have a favorite cocktail—can you help me choose? Definitely. We have a catalog of signature recipes and we’ll help you pick something that matches your vibe and preferences. Just let us know in advance so we can bring the right ingredients and tools. 9. Most of our guests don’t drink—do you offer non-alcoholic options? Yes! We recommend our Mocktail Bar Package, which features beautiful, handcrafted non-alcoholic drinks made with fresh ingredients. Many of our cocktails also have mocktail versions. We’ll even adjust your alcohol shopping list based on how many guests plan to drink. 10. Can you help us design a signature cocktail? Yes, and it’s one of our favorite things to do! Add our Signature Cocktail Add-On, and we’ll craft 1–2 custom drinks that tell your story. Includes a consultation, custom drink names, and cute name cards for your bar display. 11. Are you insured and TIPS certified? Yes, 100%! All of our bartenders are TIPS certified, and we carry general and liquor liability insurance. We can also provide proof of insurance if your venue requires it. 12. Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions? Yes—we can absolutely create allergy-friendly cocktails or mocktails. Let us know your needs in advance, and we’ll make sure your drinks are delicious and safe for everyone.
